Nous sommes arrivĂ©s rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s l’a rĂ©ceptionniste Ă©tait en ligne nous avons dĂ» attendre plus de 15m.Elle a nous annoncĂ© qu’il y’a eu un problĂšme avec les locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents soit un chien dans l appartement.Une forte odeur d’urine les serpilliĂšres coulaient, des poils de partout dans l’appartement poubelle non vidĂ© et j’en passe.Le mĂ©nage etais non fait a notre arrivĂ©e.Nous avons dĂ» le faire aprĂšs 4h de route c’est honteux.Notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© gĂącher par tout ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments de votre location.Nous espĂ©rons avoir un dĂ©dommagement de votre part afin de pouvoir relouer avec Abritel.Cordialement
