Located in a shared courtyard, Le Sun House welcomes up to 7 guests and features a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The living area combines lounge and dining space. The bathroom offers a sink, shower and toilet. Heating is provided by central oil heating (19°C) and a pellet stove (pellets not provided). Enjoy your own private terrace within a 2,000 m² shared courtyard. Three bedrooms: a family room with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), a children’s room with bunk beds (90 cm), and a room with two single beds (90 cm). Enjoy the shared saltwater pool, children’s playground, pétanque court, and spacious terrace with barbecue and plancha at Les Gîtes du Logis in Saint-Romain-de-Benet. You have access to a games room, table tennis, and a 5,500 m² garden. The courtyard is shared with other guests and the owners.

Parking is available 160 m from the property. On arrival, bed linen, tea towels, basic products, and starter groceries are provided. Options such as beds made on arrival, towels, grocery delivery, and cleaning are available for an extra fee.
