Provencal dream

Had a wonderful 2 week holiday in this beautifully situated house.It comes fully equipped,great garden and well fenced for the dogs who loved the secluded garden.Very good walks around the golf course and shops,vets all nearby.Golf club open to non residents for eating and drinking.The house is a beauty and everything works well.Smooth check in with housekeeper there when we arrived.Town nearby but prefered Frejus for eating out.Highly recommend this property.Many Thanks Mike

Das Objekt ist typisch SĂŒdfranzösisch eingerichtet. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus und sind unfassbar lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir sind mit 1 Deutschen Dogge und 2 Australian Shepherds gereist und auch die Hunde haben sich unfassbar wohlgefĂŒhlt.Das Haus ist wie beschrieben und sehr gemĂŒtlich. Die Lage ist absolut top und sehr ruhig. Wir werden sehr gern noch öfter wiederkommen!Vielen Dank fĂŒr alles

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in Alix‘ Haus verbracht. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefĂŒhlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden von den Eltern sehr herzlich empfangen und diese waren fĂŒr Fragen immer verfĂŒgbar. Wir können dieses Haus ohne jegliche EinwĂ€nde weiterempfehlen!

The most beautiful holiday home

Beautiful! Not too much was promised. The house is great and so are the landlords. The neighbourhood is quiet and shopping facilities are nearby. Our son wanted to stay there. Always happy to return.

Und wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt

Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir Urlaub in dieser schönen Villa gemacht. Der Empfang war wieder sehr nett (mit einem Apfelkuchen), das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und es gibt fußlĂ€ufig mehrere Möglichkeiten fĂŒr einen Hundespaziergang. Danke an Alix und ihre Eltern, die stets ansprechbar waren. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

A house for all seasons

There were four of us. We felt truly relaxed in the house and garden. It was wonderful just to open the upstairs bedroom window onto the balcony and view the garden already drowned in sunshine. We hope to return.

Sehr achönes Haus

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war sehr ruhig, dafĂŒr musste man mit dem Auto viel fahren (Strand, Supermarkt). Was fĂŒr uns aber ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem war. Unsere Anliegen wurde von der Verwalterin schnell beantwortet. FĂŒr unseren Hund war es auch perfekt. GrundstĂŒck komplett eingezĂ€unt und Gassirunde auch in der NĂ€he.

Un véritable havre de paix

Si vous rercherchez la tranquillitĂ©, le calme, le confort, de l’espace pour les enfants, et la proximitĂ© avec la plage ou les randonnĂ©es, arrĂȘtez de chercher : cette maison rĂ©pond largement Ă  tous ces critĂšres. Il suffit de rajouter l’accueil convivial et les petites marques d’attention des hĂŽtes, et vous n’aurez plus envie de repartir
 en tout cas, moi, je reviendrai

Perfekt fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub

Das Haus von Alix liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, umgeben von GolfplĂ€tzen. Im Haus findet sich alles, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Die KĂŒche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind großzĂŒgig, die beiden BĂ€der toll. Wunderbar ist der Sonnenbalkon, auf dem wir in der schon sehr warmen MĂ€rzsonne unseren Morgenkaffee genießen konnten. FĂŒr unseren Hund waren sowohl der eingezĂ€unte Garten als auch Wege unterhalb des Hauses fĂŒr die kurze Gassirunde ein Plus. Selbst ausgedehnte Wanderungen im Esterel-Gebirge waren ab der HaustĂŒr zu Fuß möglich. Die StrĂ€nde der Umgebung, die schöne Altstadt von FrĂ©jus, die Bucht von Agay und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt bedanken, besonders bei Alix Eltern, die uns sehr herzlich mit einem Pastis begrĂŒĂŸt haben, immer ansprechbar waren und uns sogar persönlich zu einem tollen Wanderparkplatz begleitet haben. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal in dieser schönen Unterkunft.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub. Das GrundstĂŒck ist umzĂ€unt, liegt ruhig, umgeben von GolfplĂ€tzen, einige Kilometer von St. RaphaĂ«l entfernt. Kleine Abstriche mussten wir machen, da doch einiges in Haus und GrundstĂŒck â€žĂŒberholungsbedĂŒrftig“ ist. TĂŒrklinken, Toiletten- und BidetspĂŒlung sowie Geschirr und GlĂ€ser sollten regelmĂ€ĂŸig gesichtet werden. DafĂŒr waren jede Menge VorrĂ€te ehemaliger GĂ€ste in den KĂŒchenschrĂ€nken zu finden. 800 € Kaution in bar zu hinterlegen fanden wir ungewöhnlich viel. FĂŒr BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher wurden nochmal 15€ pro Person fĂ€llig. Die Kissen waren, wahrscheinlich dem feuchten Klima geschuldet, flach und fest wie ein Brett. Zum Schlafen unangenehm. Die Bettdecken und BettwĂ€sche waren zum Teil zusammengewĂŒrfelt und der Bettbezug ein umgeschlagenes Laken. Zum Einkaufen und zum Erreichen eines Restaurants muss man zwingend fahren. Wir haben viel unternommen und die Zeit in der ruhigen Umgebung genossen.

Superbe maison au calme ....

TrÚs jolie maison avec jardin...voyageant avec des animaux, nous avons apprécié la situation de la maison dans une impasse. Belle terrasse ombragée avec barbecue, une grande table pour recevoir quelques amis ... tout était parfait ! L'intérieur de la maison est confortable, une chambre au rez de chaussée avec salle de bains que nous avons occupé avec mon mari durant notre séjour ... 2 chambres à l'étage avec une salle de bains qui nous ont permis de recevoir nos enfants ... Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine :)
