Lovely house!

An excellent place to stay and very friendly staff. Well maintained and clean. Loved the amazing pool! The only problems were because of a storm. The oven started heating up on its own when we got the electricity back. Please be aware if this happens again to ask what to do. The electric gate to the house also broke and we couldn't leave the next day. Perhaps a key to it would be helpful for the next visitors.

Ponderosa

Das Haus befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage am Berg. Die Auffahrt im Grundstück ist äußerst steil. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist aussergewöhnlich schön, auch zum Beobachten von Sonnen- und Mondaufgängen. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Bäder sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Küche verfügt über alles notwendige: Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach, Kaffeemaschine. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Der Pool ist super und schön groß.

Hammer Aussicht, das Haus ist ok

Bei der ersten Zufahrt geht es fast nicht, ohne sich mind ein Mal zu verfahren. Der Wohnraum ist geräumig, die Schlafzimmer eher klein. Das ganze Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, Tische, Stühle und Sofas müssten ersetzt werden, sie wackeln, sind durchgesessen und abgewetzt. Die Aussicht ist unfassbar schön. Ein Auto ist Pflicht. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und war Ende September 19 Grad. K. (Schlüsselübergaben) war sehr nett und flexibel, vielen Dank noch einmal :-).

Fantastisk udsigt

Godt udstyret hus. Godt udeområde, hvor vi opholdte os mest. Huset er ikke nyt, så almindelig slidtage kan ses. God og meget hurtig kommunikation med Interhome's værtinde. Fantastisk udsigt. Ligger lidt langt fra nærmeste indkøb / by med butikker.

Investitionsstau

Teilweise abgewohnt, Bettwäsche muss trotz hohem Mietpreis extra bezahlt werden, ein Fön für drei Badezimmer, Kühlschrank mit Rostblasen, Alter des Hauses macht teilweise eine gute Reinigung nicht möglich, Bettdecken wirken lange nicht gereinigt, Bettgestell aus Stoff mit braunen Rändern, Schimmel im Bad, Kunstrasen um den Pool, die Villa liegt hoch am Berg in einer alten Wohnanlage drumherum reichlich Sanierungslärm, man braucht 8 Min bis zur Hauptstraße, Supermärkte 30-40 Min entfernt

Sehr nette Begrüßung und angenehmer Kontakt mit Katia, die die Immobilie verwaltet. Das Haus und die Ausstattung ist sicher etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktioniert und ist nutzbar. Traumhafter Blick und ein toller Pool für die ganze Familie. Die Immobilie ist fussläufig aus dem Tal ( von der Küste) NICHT ERREICHBAR, man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto.

Trip mit Freunden

Der Ausblick des Hauses ist Wahnsinn! Schöner Pool! Leider waren sowohl Möbel als auch der Garten etwas abgewohnt! Beispiel: Heraushängende Steckdosen, hohes Unkraut verdeckt den Blick ... könnte man schöner gestalten! Übergabe etc hat super geklappt!

Maison très bien située, la vue est exceptionnelle et représente l'atout majeur de cette location; Piscine et terrasse agréables. Certains points sont à améliorer dans la maison notamment l'état du placard dans une des chambres du rez de chaussée ainsi que les connections du climatiseur.

Tolles Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Weiter hoch geht es glaube ich nicht. Die Fahrt nach oben war schon spektakulär, aber dann die Auffahrt zum Haus - abartig. Steile Auffahrt ist wirklich nicht übertrieben! Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Schön renoviert. Durchgeputzt haben wir selbst nochmal. Kaffeemaschine bringen wir auch selbst mit. Das möchten wir nicht. Gereinigt wird so was bestimmt nicht. Auf den Bettdecken und Kissen waren leider Haare - etwas ekelig - aber na ja. Eigene Bettwäsche möchte ich in einem Ferienhaus eh

- lage und blick sind super - anfahrt kann für unkundige etwas verwirrend sein - auffahrt zum haus, sehr, sehr steil (!) - parken vor dem haus kein problem - küche sehr gut eingerichtet - schlafzimmer mit schönem blick - beide bäder modern und sauber - wlan einwandfrei - terrasse gross mit toller aussicht und grosser elektischer markise (top!) - pool schön und sauber - genügend liegestühle sind vorhanden - von aussen etwas "grau", innen für ein ferienhaus einwandfrei - schlüsselübergabe tadellos

Ein wirklich tolles gepflegtes...

Ein wirklich tolles gepflegtes Haus!Einziges echtes Manko: Am Pool gibt es keinerlei Schatten. Es sind 2 kleine Strandschirme vorhanden, aber keine Ständer. Der Schirmständer auf der Terrasse ist sehr wackelig und wird demnächst ausbrechen: 2 große Schirme + Ständer für Pool + 1 neuer Ständer für die Terrasse wären sinnvoll. Reisetipps: Da der nächste ordentlich Supermarkt recht weit entfernt ist (30 min, Geant) empfiehlt es sich haltbare Lebensmittel auf Vorrat zu kaufen.
