It was a great stay for us, and it was great value for money. Excellent location. Well equipped studio. If you're wanting posh, this probably isn't for you, but if you want to be in a good area for really not very much, this place was great. We would definitely stay again.

Personal freundlich und entgegenkommend. Zimmer zwar klein, aber bewundenswert zugeschnitten. KĂŒche komplett ausgestattet mit genĂŒgend Stauraum. Bett mit einer guten Matratze. BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher waren da. XXXL Bettdecke. Wöchentlicher Handtuchwechsel. Zwar kein Balkon aber schöne Aussicht auf das mediterrane Hinterland. Freies ParkplĂ€tze am Hafen ca. 300 m (bis 30.06). Achtung: Parken bei blauer Markierung nur 2 Std., auch wenn Parkscheinautomaten abgedeckt!

Établissement en manque d’entretien. Les Ă©quipements sont vieillissants et l’entretien n’est pas au rendez-vous. Une SDF trouvĂ©e dans le couloir de mon logement le premier jour. Les salissures laissĂ©es au sol sont toujours lĂ  le 5Ăšme jour. Ça en dit long sur la pĂ©riodicitĂ© du mĂ©nage et la surveillance de l’établissement. Tous les communs sont trĂšs sales. Le garage est trĂšs difficile d’accĂšs. Les studios sont petits mais fonctionnels
