1 minute's walk from the beach (no need to cross) and close to all amenities. No need to move your vehicle to go to the beach or do your shopping. Parking space in the grounds of the property.
Bus stop serving St Raphael, le Dramont, Agay...
Boulouris station is 650 metres away (take the train to Cannes, Menton, Les Arcs, Nice, Ventimiglia... the view is magnificent).
The little port of Boulouris is on the same side of the road, with its restaurants, pretty harbour and diving club.
La Tortue" beach is also just a few metres away, as are Chez Yvan, Le Bistrot Loudet opposite Arene Grosse beach and Urban Beach.

Belle situation, près de la mer, jolie végétation méditerranéenne. Convient pour 2 personnes mobiles, chambre à l’étage par escalier étroit. Propriétaire très agréable.
