The house is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers and 2 toilets.
You can enjoy 3 large terraces: 1 in front of the house, the second more shaded at the back for your meals with family or friends, the roof terrace accessible from a staircase at the back of the house will allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the bay of Agay (ideal for your aperitifs in the evening).

The rooms are equipped with the following beds:
- Bedroom 1 with external access: 1 double bed
- Bedroom 2 adjoining (communicating with bedroom 1 via a sliding door): 2 single beds
- Bedroom 3 with access to the terrace: 1 double bed
- Bedroom 4 with access to the garden: 2 single beds. Access is either from the outside or from bedroom 3.
The 2 sleeping areas (each of 2 bedrooms in a row), separated by the living room, are independent.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a television.

The house is located in a private domain, in a quiet residence overlooking the bay of Agay, ideally located between a family beach and a cove with red rocks and crystal clear waters.
Access to the sea is on foot in 3 minutes, either to the sandy beach located in the bay, or to the cove of rocks, on the wide side.
The environment of the house is family and quiet, a small shopping center composed of a mini-market, food shops and restaurants is located less than 10 minutes walk away. The heart of the village of Agay is 1.5km away, either along the beach or by road.
The superb Esterel massif, which stretches from Saint-Raphaël to Mandelieu (Cannes), is accessible from Agay. Lovers of nature walks, mountain biking and cycling will find an extraordinary playground. The Estérel offers in particular beautiful walks overlooking the sea and its red rock creeks (Pic du Cap Roux, Rocher de Saint-Barthélemy, Rastel d'Agay).
The town of Saint-Raphaël, its marina, its shops, its restaurants and its TGV station is 12km away. Nice and its international airport are located 1h15 – 1h30 away, either by the A8 or by the Boulevard de la Corniche which offers magnificent panoramas of the creeks.
The supermarkets (Leclerc, Super U, Lidl...) are 15-20 minutes away by car.

The Estérel massif offers many trails and paths for beginners and experienced mountain bikers. You will appreciate the steep relief and the landscapes on the Mediterranean Sea.
Road bike enthusiasts will benefit from the exceptional setting of the Var and the nearby Alpes Maritimes, the beautiful landscapes of the villages of the upper Var, typical of Provence.
