The ground floor welcomes you with a bright and tastefully furnished living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen, also on this level, opens onto the garden. A first bedroom on the ground floor offers 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private bathroom and air conditioning. A studio, equally located on the ground floor, features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower with WC, air conditioning, and its own exit to the terrace. A separate WC completes the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, a third bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, air conditioning, and access to the balcony. The fourth bedroom on this level features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, air conditioning, and also opens onto the balcony. A shower room with a separate WC serves the upper floor. Please be aware that one of the double bedrooms is situated outside the main apartment area.
