Beautiful 100-square-meter home renovated in early 2020, air-conditioned, with a tree-lined garden and private pool.<br>Located in the residential neighborhood of Boulouris, on a very quiet, tree-lined street with very little traffic.<br><br>The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk away, and the Santa Lucia harbor is a 20-minute walk away.<br>A convenience store, bakery, and butcher shop are less than a 5-minute drive away.<br>The Saint-Raphaël train station is a 10-minute drive away.<br>Nice Airport is less than an hour’s drive away.<br>The Valescure golf courses are a 15-minute drive away.<br>Free parking in front of the house and in the driveway.<br><br>3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds pushed together.
