The accommodation:
The house occupies 200 m2 on 2 levels. It can accommodate from 4 to 10 people comfortably.
A large living room. 5 bedrooms: 2 equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds (80 x 200 cm), 1 children's room with 2 beds (80 x 180 cm). Possibility of adding 1 or 2 cots. Three bedrooms give direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. Two bedrooms are upstairs.
There are 4 bathrooms/showers: 3 are accessible independently; 1 room with shower communicates directly with a bedroom.
There are 2 kitchens (1 per floor): A large open-plan kitchen overlooks the living room; It has all the modern equipment one could wish for. On the first floor, a small kitchen also equipped.
The garden and the swimming pool:
The swimming pool is 9m x 4.5m. It is in the sun all day. Out of season, it can be heated. The swimming pool is doubly secured: Safety gate to standards and floating electric shutter. ( Free. Make the request)
The garden is 1200 m2. It allows cars to be parked at the back of the house.
Around the swimming pool, deckchairs, parasols, teak armchairs, tables and chairs to take meals next to the pool. barbecue.
The house is bathed in light, so very cheerful. Ideally located, its dominant position allows it to have an unobstructed view to the sea. Around a few villas. Further down, at 600 m, small shops, restaurants, the sea, the beaches and the small port of Boulouris. Higher up, at 500m, a tennis club and an Olympic nautical center, then, at 800m, 3 large stores to make the important markets (Super U, Auchan, Leclerc). The maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool are provided.
Linen (sheets, towels, dish towels...) can be provided on request (option for 40€ per person).
For babies, cots, high chairs and changing table can be provided on request (free of charge).
Dogs are allowed, provided that they pick up the droppings well.
Out of summer season:
1) Heating is provided by central heating in all rooms, if necessary, in addition to reversible air conditioning.
