This architectural gem is 250 m² in size and welcomes its guests on a 3,000 m² plot with plenty of trees. Even after the renovation, you can still feel the historic ambience of this 18th century property. The house, which has a 6 x 6 metre pool, is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there are two spacious living rooms, a dining room and a separate kitchen. Of the four bedrooms on the upper floor, two have a fireplace and one has its own bathroom. A further bedroom is located on the ground floor. The sea and its sandy beaches are 5 km away, the golf course of Valescure 3 km, the centre of Saint-Raphaël with its exciting entertainment programme in the summer months 1.5 km.

Photos qui ne reflètent pas la réalité, propreté très douteuses car les wc, le sol n’étaient pas nettoyés correctement Alors que nous avons payer les frais de ménage Maison jolie mais très mal entretenue Verrous des wc/salles de bain non fonctionnelles 1 baignoire non utilisable car pas de douchette, uniquement la possibilité de remplir la baignoire Frigo presque aussi vieux que la maison, qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement (pertes de denrées alimentaires) Lave vaisselle, TV et lave linge non fonctionnelles nid à moustique Sortie de piscine, chemin de sable à traverser Malgré la superficie annoncée, jardin inexploitable Wifi très instable Seul point positif la piscine
