En résumé quasiment tout était parfait pour notre première location en appartement à St Raphael. Nous sommes tous devenu plus ou moins exigent mais néanmoins l'annonce représente parfaitement le bien à louer, mes interlocuteurs très sympathique. Nous avons réellement passés un excellent moment sur place hormis le temps cette année mais comparé à nos voisin Belge et Allemand je ne peux me plaindre. Personnellement je recommande sans problème.

La description est conforme à la réalité. L'appartement est très bien situé avec une belle vue sur mer et piscine. La location est bien entretenue par une aimable gardienne. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et si problème, il est réglé rapidement. Je recommande cette location.

Très bel appartement avec superbe vue sur la mer

Nous avons apprécié nos 4 semaines de vacances dans l'appartement de Mr et Mme COLLIN qui est idéalement situé avec la superbe vue sur la mer et sur l'agréable piscine ! Tout y est conforme à la description et le cellier nous a permis de stocker le ravitaillement hebdomadaire. Le parking en sous-sol est bien utile puisqu'il n'est nul besoin d'utiliser la voiture chaque jour (tout est à proximité). L'appartement est clair et spacieux et la literie confortable. La propriétaire est cordiale et nous y retournerons avec plaisir l'année prochaine.
