Smell the fresh outdoor air.

Fresh air in the countryside? Not when the open window sewer stench overwhelms the stay. Otherwise, an excellent place.

Late night a Golf Hotel Grenoble Charmeil

Basic amenities and services. Food service ends around 9:30, so late arrivals starve. No soap, shampoo, iron, or coffee in the room. Breakfast costs extra and does not even open until 7:00 am. The hotel is far from anything, alone in the countryside. But the room was clean and the cost modest. Maybe golfers do not mind the minimal nature of the accommodations, but business travellers expect more.

A nice quiet overnight stay near Grenoble

This was our second overnight stay traveling from Germany to Spain. The hotel is a nice overnight stay as it is located near the French autobahn. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The room are functional and clean. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar.. Parking is free and the views from the rooms include mountains and the golf course. We'd stay there again on future trips across France. The hotel is quiet.

Good for short stay at low price

Just for one night. The room and bathroom were quite big and the bed was comfortable. Good Wifi connection and a lot of parking space. Not too many people in the hotel, the restaurant waiter very polite, the receptionist also nice. However the restaurant a bit pricey. We went to eat somewhere outside the hotel. Cannot review breakfast as we left very early (6:30; breakfast starts at 7). When we were leaving there was no staff at the reception (no message left either) so we had to leave the key on the desk by itself (not very sure about it). The hotel is not very modern, the rooms are prepared but not in mint condition. There was an empty soap hotel bottle and all the equipment and decoration was quite old. Generally I would recommend the hotel for short stay or golf holidays at good price. It is close to the Grenoble Airport (30min drive).

A business trip near Grenoble, adverse weather conditions (gale force winds and rain) but I slept comfortably. The hotel restaurant and service was very good.

situated on lovely golf course

Good three star but definately a golf club with rooms. basic furnishing in main areas as a golf club. bedrooms rooms basic but neat and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. the sutuation was about 20 mins from grenoble but traffic meant it often took much longer. only negative was that we returned for one night the following week and the restuarant was`closed for the evening so we ate out but when we returned to have a drink in the bar that was shut too at 9.45 pm. bit disoppointing but the hotel was very emtpy at this time of year so perhaps understandable. the scenery in the Chatreuse valley was`spectuacular. We would like to return in the summer for the lovely golf course and pleasant area.

Bien hormis une partie de l'accueil...

Séjour plutÎt agréable, terni toutefois par le bruit de tuyaux de la climatisation à certains moments, et par le fait que l'on nous ait imputé deux repas d'une autre chambre (heureusement que l'on a été vigilants), ainsi que le prix de petits-déjeunés réservés sur place alors qu'ils avaient été réservés par internet (+25% du tarif). La jeune fille de l'accueil s'est montrée intraitable sur ce point malgré son erreur sur la facture ; par contre excellent accueil du barman/pizzaïolo...
