Ideally located just 1.6 km from the charming village of Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie, famous for its ceramics and two weekly markets, and 3.5 km from Uzès, the first Duchy of France, where you can stroll through picturesque streets and the lively Place aux Herbes, bustling year-round with markets, festivities, and artisans. The Pont du Gard, perfect for canoeing, is also nearby.



The house sits in a peaceful neighborhood at the heart of a 2,500 m² wooded, fenced park secured by an electric gate, with parking for four cars.



Enjoy a saltwater pool (11x5 m, 1.40 m deep), professionally maintained daily to ensure water quality from May to September. Pool alarm installed.



The 220 m² house offers, on the ground floor, a bedroom with two single beds (90x200), a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200), leather sofa, TV, and bathroom (bathtub, shower, WC). The living room opens to the office and kitchen with a large central island and leads to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. Barbecue available. Separate WC, reversible heating and air conditioning. Upstairs, two large air-conditioned bedrooms (25 m² each), each with shower room and WC. New memory foam beds (160x200). Internet/Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels provided for an extra fee. High chair, toys, and children’s books available. Table tennis on request. Shaded playground and sandbox for children.
