The house sits in a peaceful neighborhood at the heart of a 2,500 m² wooded, fenced park secured by an electric gate, with parking for four cars.

The 220 m² house offers, on the ground floor, a bedroom with two single beds (90x200), a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180x200), leather sofa, TV, and bathroom (bathtub, shower, WC). The living room opens to the office and kitchen with a large central island and leads to a covered terrace overlooking the pool. Barbecue available. Separate WC, reversible heating and air conditioning. Upstairs, two large air-conditioned bedrooms (25 m² each), each with shower room and WC. New memory foam beds (160x200). Internet/Wi-Fi.
