Wir verstehen die unten genannten Bewertungen nicht. Es stimmt vieles nicht mit den Bilder überein, vor allem im Außenbereich. Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein Reihenhaus. Der Garten ist sehr klein und man schaut überall auf Wände. Gegenüber war ein 2,5 stöckiges Haus, was auf den Bilder nicht enthalten war. Die Überdachung auf der Terrasse hatte keine Beschattung wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Bei der Übergabe gab es nur ein Hausschlüssel, was für 2 Familien, eine logistische Herausforderung war. Was die Sauberkeit an betrifft, müssen wir sagen, dass es sehr zu wünschen übriglässt. Der Kühlschrank hat übel gerochen und es war vom Vormieter noch eine angebrochene Ketchup und Senfflasche enthalten. In den Schubladen war überall noch Krümmel von Essen/Brot. Im Wäschetrockner waren noch Tücher vom Vormieter und in der Waschmaschine noch Kinderbettwäsche. Die Dusche im EG und im OG sind schimmlig und müssten dringend saniert werden. Der Wasserdruck im OG war unterirdisch, wenn unten einer seine Hände gewaschen hat, kam oben fast nichts mehr an. Gleichzeitiges Duschen war nicht möglich. Wir könnten noch mehr Punkte anbringen, aber das würde den Rahmen hier sprengen. Aber Vorsicht, obwohl wir für eine Endreinigung bezahlt haben, wollte der Besitzer noch eine Gebühr für die Reinigung des Grills. Der Grill wurde von uns gereinigt und sauber hinter lassen, aber er war halt nicht mehr neu sondern gebraucht.

Great House, nice Hosts and perfectly located!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. It is well equipped, everything we needed was there. The interior is tasteful. The little garden is well equipped also and you can chose to have your meals inside or outside - according to the weather. Communication with the host was perfect. We will come back!
