"Ti case a moin" means "My little house" in Reunionese Creole. It's an elegant, comfortable apartment in a pleasant residence ideally located by the lagoon. Immediate access to the beach and market. 15-minute walk to downtown. Shops, restaurant and bar on first floor. Air-conditioned accommodation renovated in 2022, with WiFi and TV with streaming services. View over a pretty, wooded, quiet patio. Numbered parking space in underground garage, with direct elevator access. Well-equipped kitchen.

Our T2 is furnished in an elegant style with quality furniture only. We spend our vacations here too, and we want you to enjoy your stay as much as we do. You'll find a bedroom with Queen size bed (160*200), a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet with storage space and washing machine dryer, an entrance hall with cupboard, a living room-kitchen-dining room. The living area is 40m². The sofa in the living room can be converted into a daily bed for 2 people (140*190) with a comfortable Dunlopillo mattress. Numerous kitchen appliances.

Please note: there is no terrace in the apartment.

Access to the apartment is independent, thanks to the key box next to the door. Entry to the building is by code. Badge provided for parking access.

Nous avons été ravis de profiter (en famille avec bébé d 1 an) de cet appartement idéalement situé entre commerces et en bord de plage. Il est facile de rejoindre d ici le sud sauvage mais également les autres plages de l ouest dans le lagon. L accès à une place de parking immédiate est un grand plus ! La communication avec Marc à été fluide, bienveillante et à nos petits soins. L appartement est bien équipé, impeccablement propre et climatisé, surtout à tarif intéressant ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement !
