A real place to stay & relax in this Gîte-Duplex (studio + mezzanine on the 1st Floor with independent entrance via external staircase), which has just been restored (new condition), located on the Suisse Normande circuit in a quiet & peaceful environment. pleasant (orchards, etc.), offering good space and good light, including:
- on the 1st Level: Living room/dining room (with TV & BZ convertible into 2 beds), IT office, fully equipped fitted kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), and bathroom+ WC with washing machine.
- on the 2nd Level (mezzanine): Bedroom with bed for 2 adults.
Large common area (parking, carport, orchard, etc.) available. No smoking (inside).
Numerous leisure activities (nearby): Hiking circuits (including the GR du Pays de la Suisse Normande), cyclists (including La VéloFrancette) & equestrian, Vélo-rail at 750 m, 10/15 MN from the heart of Suisse Normande offering numerous activities (nautical, fishing, climbing, paragliding/hang gliding, tree climbing, archery, etc.). 1 hour from the Normandy Coast & the landing beaches, 40 minutes from the Souleuvre Viaduct, 30 minutes from the Château de Falaise...
