Serving as the starting point for numerous hikes and GR trails, and located near the prehistoric site of Les Arcs de St Pierre, this is the ideal spot for hiking, rock climbing, caving, stargazing, canoeing down the Tarn, and swimming! This detached house is certified by “Tourisme et Handicap.” The first floor, accessible to people with limited mobility, is very spacious and bright, with a large picture window offering a magnificent view. It features a living area with an open kitchen, dining room, and living room (with a pellet stove, TV, and a two-person sofa bed), a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and one bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is a terrace with patio furniture and a grill, plus private parking. Pets are not allowed. You’ll enjoy high-speed 4G coverage. For your leisure time, you have free access to the municipal library.
