Nous contestons la facturation obligatoire "Frais de nettoyage" de 50,00 alors que mon épouse et moi avons passé notre première journée à nettoyer la maison (cafetière non vidée et entartrée, frigo très sale, micro-ondes, étagères et table de salon recouverts de vielle crasse).Habituellement nous ne prenons jamais l'option ménage car nous sommes maniaques, et repassons systématiquement après la femme de ménage.Nous rendons toujours l'appartement (ou la maison) plus propre que nous l'avons trouvé.Je vous demande de bien vouloir nous rembourser les frais de nettoyage de 50,00 !Cordialement
