Très bonne experience. La maison est située dans un endroit très calme et à tout ce dont vous aurez besoin (terrasse, cuisine équipée,télé jeux de société etc) pour passer des bonnes vacances. La communication avec veronique qui nous a accueillie était particulièrement fluide et nous la remercions chaleureusement. Elle nous a également donné des recommendations dans le coin !

location villa loubine

le logement est très bien il ne manque rien, nous avons passé un bon séjour dommage situé dans un hameau à 2.5 km pour courses et pain que j'ai fait en vélo plusieurs fois , la plage est rocheuse impossible de se baigner sinon il faut prendre la voiture et faire des kms pour avoir plage sable seul regret

Bel endroit magnifique

Beau site, visite de la citadelle du château d' Oléron, phare de Chassiron, fort boyard et faite des excursions autour de l' ile. La cotinière et Saint- pierre-d'Oléron. Magnifique. on y retourne l'année prochaine. A voir et revoir. SUPER.

Tout est parfait à la Villa Loubine. Emplacement, propreté,… Y’a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut en équipement. Nous avons eu droit aux tempêtes Ciara et Domingos ( sacrés souvenirs ) mais nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci encore !!

très bon séjour, location parfaite, emplacement idéal

Une communication facile et efficace avec la propriétaire, un accueil vraiment cordial et arrangeant de Véronique. Un emplacement idéal ( a proximité des poissonneries de la Cotinière !) , bien central pour sillonner l'ile, tout proche de la cote pour aller marcher sur la plage.Une location parfaite pour 2, très propre et accueillante avec tout le confort et une cuisine vraiment bien achalandée ( un grand frigo, plein d'ustensiles).On se sent bien chez soi même si il y a plusieurs locations cote à cote. Sans oublier un excellent rapport qualité prix! Malgré une météo de Toussaint peu à notre avantage, c'était un bien bon séjour!
