This superb apartment located on the 1st floor benefits from a beautiful sunny private terrace overlooking a common garden with trees. Spacious and comfortable, it has a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with a bathroom and a large shower, and a separate toilet. Located in the center of the island, it is your ideal starting point to discover all the riches of the island of Oléron.
The accommodation
In an old wine farmhouse composed of 3 apartments, this comfortable apartment of about 50m2 on the 1st floor is the perfect setting for your holidays.

It is ideally located in Saint Pierre d'Oléron, the central point of the island, to discover our island riches. Beaches, ports, forests, marshes, everything invites you to get away from it all and enjoy yourself. By bike, the nearest beaches are 3.5km away.

At the entrance of the accommodation, a private terrace of 16m2 well exposed allows you to fill up on the sun.

On the first floor, a common garden enclosed on all sides allows you to enjoy a grassy area where young and old can bask in complete safety. A barbecue is available.

Inside, the living space consists of a very functional and comfortable main room of more than 23m2. The living areas are naturally delimited.
If you come with 4 people, the BZ sofa bed in the living room will offer a generous bed of 160x200 for 2 of you. In addition, a shower room and a separate toilet are directly accessible from and dedicated to this space.

The apartment has a modern kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment for preparing meals (oven, microwave oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, etc.), as well as the essential dishwasher to free yourself from constraints. Products are available such as: dishwashing liquid, sponge, household products, dishwasher tablets...
There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.

The accommodation has free wifi.

In the bedroom, a very comfortable bed of 160x200, also awaits you. Dedicated to this room, there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a sink and a large shower of 80x120.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but please note that bed linen and dish towels are not included. You can reserve this linen as well as towels on request for an additional fee indicated below).
The shower outlet mat is provided.

For the little ones, a baby kit including a baby seat, a travel cot, a changing mat and a shower deckchair are provided free of charge. However, we leave it to you to provide the linen suitable for baby's bed, namely: pillow, duvet and sheets.

For the sake of convenience, an optional cleaning package is also available. For those who wish to take care of it themselves, we provide everything necessary for this purpose.

Some board games are available. Some of them are not intended for babies and young children. It is the responsibility of parents to keep out of reach of children anything that could be harmful to them.

If you are coming from abroad or have foreign electrical appliances, a universal plug adapter is available.

The garden is shared, so we cannot accept pets.

Free parking is available on the street near the entrance. Access to the accommodations are complete self-guided according to a procedure that you will receive shortly before your stay.

If you come with bicycles or rent them on site, you can park them within the property.

Options to be paid on site on the day of your arrival if selected:
- Household linen (Pack of sheets for the beds + 2 dish towels): 30 € per stay/bed,
- Towels (small towel + shower towel): 15€ per person
and per stay,
- Cleaning service: €80. A deposit in cash or a cheque of the same amount will be requested upon entry to the premises.

The tourist tax, if it was not collected by the site at the time of your reservation, will be paid on arrival.

We would like to point out that when you come to spend a holiday in our cottage, you will inevitably hear the song of chickens, frogs and other animals from the surrounding countryside.
