Mobile Home Île d'Oléron La Cotinière (Ocean 200m)

The mobile home is located in a quiet, tree-lined 3* outdoor residence, accessible via many cycle paths and free shuttles to the island's beaches every day during the summer season. This family accommodation is close to the beach (200 m) and shops (La Cotinière port 400 m).



The outdoor residence offers a swimming pool with two pools and a paddling pool, open from 15/06 to 15/09 (access with provided wristband). Various activities are offered in July and August. As it is not a campsite, there is no bar or restaurant in the common areas. However, several food trucks are available on weekdays in the residence parking lot.



The non-smoking, fully equipped mobile home includes:

- One bedroom with a double bed (140), closet, pillows, blankets, and mattress protector.

- One bedroom with two single beds (90), closet, pillows, blankets, and mattress protector. Bed linen is not provided.

- Roller shutters for darkness.

- Equipped kitchen: dishes, utensils, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, large fridge/freezer, 4-burner gas hob, TV.

- Bathroom with small bathtub.

- Separate WC.



Outside:

- Pergola with table, chairs, 2-burner gas hob, and electric plancha.

- Parking space for one car.



Cleaning must be done by you.



Upon arrival, you will be asked for two checks:

- A security deposit, returned after your stay if there is no damage.

- A cleaning deposit, returned at the end of your stay if the accommodation is left in good condition.
