You can recharge your batteries in the countryside, swim with your family while being 5 minutes from all amenities: large shopping arcade with supermarket, IKEA, many shops. Direct access by the motorway to St Jean de Luz or Hossegor (20 mins) and the inland Basque country Cambo, St Jean Pied de Port etc .. . The house is built on a plot of 4000m2 bordered by a private wood of 2 hectares.<br>The living room opens directly onto the swimming pool through a bay window, you will have the impression of being outside while being inside.<br>The swimming pool, not overlooked, is secured by an electric roller curtain and measures 11.5m by 5m, with deckchairs and cushions. A covered terrace will allow you to enjoy your meals outside in any weather.<br>The large living room consisting of an entrance, living room, living room, kitchen, office, all the decoration is neat.<br>The kitchen was completely redone last year with induction hob, integrated hood, large American fridge.<br>The land is fenced and closed by an electric gate. Très bon lieu de séjour

Maison bien aménagée avec un jardin très agréable (ombragé), très bien située entre océan et montagne basque mais aussi à proximité de Bayonne.
