Old renovated house from 1900, located near the owners' farm (dairy cows) and another gîte. Semi-enclosed land of 1000 m² with terrace. SPA on reservation in a building opposite the gîte (supplement 10€/person/hour).
Living room with sofa bed and open fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190) and shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: freezer, complete baby equipment, Wifi access.
Not included: electric heating, electricity, sheets, towels/household linen and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (65€).
