That's enough for me – Case SATEC by the sea in Reunion Island

Welcome to "Ça m'suffice", an authentic SATEC hut from the 60s, typical of Reunion Island, carefully renovated in accordance with its original style. Located on a shaded plot by the sea, it offers a peaceful and natural setting, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach.

The house can comfortably accommodate family or friends and has three air-conditioned bedrooms:
• Two large bedrooms with 160 double beds, each equipped with large storage cupboards,
• A bedroom with two single beds, equipped with a dresser.

The friendly and bright living/dining room can accommodate up to 6 people. It is equipped with a 50-inch Smart TV (Web TV), ideal for moments of relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen allows a stay in complete autonomy:
fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and complete cooking equipment.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The toilets are separate, and a washing machine is available, practical for extended stays or returns from the beach.
A little extra: beach towels and parasol are available.

Outside, a pleasant wooden terrace with garden furniture and barbecue extends the living space and invites you to dine al fresco and enjoy a gentle end of the day.

A private parking lot on the land completes the set for a simple and stress-free stay.

Je recommande le logement ! Très bien localisé, juste à côté de la plage. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire comme avec la personne qui s'occupe de la maison sur place. Draps, serviettes mise à disposition. Le logement est dans un quartier calme avec très peu de passage.

Maison typique remarquablement bien située dans une impasse très calme, l’accès au lagon se fait en moins de 5min à pieds. On rejoint facilement les principaux points d’intérêt de l’île. Bien équipée et confortable nous avons été remarquablement bien accueillis, les échanges en amont du séjour ont été très faciles et nous remercions Mr Dumas qui a tout fait pour rendre notre premier séjour à La Réunion très agréable. Je recommande cette location.
