Ideally located on the west coast, the sunniest of Reunion Island, in Boucan Canot, our spacious studio is 200 meters from the sea and all amenities (bakery, bars and restaurants, newsagent, doctors, pharmacy , internet point, dry cleaning, beautician, hairdresser).
Boucan Canot beach, a 3-minute walk away, is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, with supervised swimming and a natural pool, perfect for young and old.

This beautiful 38 m2 studio has a lovely terrace.
It is located on the first and last floor in a secure and peaceful residence.

The studio can accommodate 2 adults and a child.

It is equipped with a sleeping area with a real 140 cm bed and storage furniture.
A lounge area with sofa, armchair, plasma screen (with satellite channels).
A closed fitted kitchen with fridge / freezer, induction hob, oven / microwave, and everything you need to cook good curries.

Household linen is provided (sheets, tea towels, bath and beach towels)

Le logement est conforme aux photos, il est trÚs propre, trÚs bien équipé et calme. Il est également bien placé à proximité de la plage de Boucan Canot, on y va à pied. Ainsi que pour se balader sur la cÎte ouest. Au-delà de sa gentillesse, Monique est trÚs arrangeante pour les heures d'arrivée et de sortie. Je reviendrai avec plaisir !

J'ai passé un séjour incroyable chez Monique ! Son logement est idéalement situé, vraiment à deux pas des plages, des restaurants et d'un petit supermarché. De plus, avoir une ligne de bus juste à cÎté est un vrai plus. J'ai adoré le fait de pouvoir tout faire à pied. Monique est une hÎte fantastique et arrangeante, super sympa et trÚs accueillante. L'appartement est bien équipé avec climatisation, machine à laver et ventilateur - tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour parfait !
