This semi-detached holiday home offers a simple and pleasant setting for a relaxing stay.

The living area, equipped with a flat-screen TV, opens onto a covered terrace and a private enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen corner is fully equipped with 2 electric hobs, an extractor hood, microwave, mini-oven, filter coffee maker, SENSEO coffee machine, kettle, toaster, tabletop refrigerator, and a washing machine.

The ground-floor bedroom, a bit compact, features a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe, while the bathroom includes a bathtub and separate toilet.

Upstairs, the mezzanine under a skylight offers 2 single beds (90 cm), ideal for children or teenagers.

Only small dogs are allowed; cats are not accepted.

You can also enjoy the garden furniture, your private parking space No. 178, and the shared swimming pool, open from mid-June to mid-September, for relaxing moments with family or friends.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,90 € per day or 39,90 € per week within the limits of available stock
