Holiday Home 'Gite Du Houx' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

This charming Charentais house at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, lulled by birdsong, is ideal for five people, but can also accommodate up to seven guests. It features a well-landscaped garden, a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, three closed bedrooms (or two bedrooms and a living room), and a shower room with toilet on the first floor. The master bedroom offers two twin beds for greater flexibility.



For rentals between November and April, electricity charges are not included. We look forward to welcoming you to this quiet neighborhood, even in high season, with two guaranteed parking spaces alongside the house. Well-trained pets are welcome. Close to the beaches (2 km from Plage du Bureau, 2.5 km from Plage de Nauzan, 3 km from Plage du Platin and 6 km from Grande Côte), access to the beaches is ideal by bike and possible on foot in around 25 minutes. Shops are also within easy reach, with a supermarket 1.5 km away, a bakery 600 m away and a media library 300 m away.



The garden, surrounded by vegetation for greater privacy, is fully equipped with a Weber barbecue, deckchairs and garden furniture to make the most of sunny days. Enjoy the region by bike, as the itineraries make it easy to get around and avoid parking problems near the beaches in high season. For household linen, we supply undersheets, pillow cases, bath towels and hand towels. Sheets and towels are the responsibility of the tenant.



The accommodation is non-smoking, and to ensure everyone's peace and quiet, we ask you to be quiet after 10.30pm. Laundry facilities are available nearby. There is no central heating, but space heaters are available on request.
