The living room has high ceilings and offers through views towards the garden, West/East, highlighted by chestnut frames.

 The pricing conditions offered for this rental offer only apply to the above-mentioned dates. The other dates are subject to commercial management by a third party, whose pricing policy is its own.
 A deposit of €1000 is required at least 48 hours before entering the premises and is refunded within 1 week, from the date of the inventory of fixtures at the end of the premises.
 A certificate of home insurance is required (Civil liability related to travel and vacation).
 Linen provided (sheets, towels and dish towels)
 Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
 Pets are not allowed.
 Cleaning fee of 100€ at the end of the stay.
 Check-in at 16:00, Check-out at 10:00
