This charming 20 m² flat in Saint-Nic, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 13 m² living room, an open-plan fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a shower room and a terrace where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 13 m² living room with a double sofa bed, a bookcase, board games and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, Tassimo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) separated from the living room by a curtain.
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

- A north-west-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting just 2 minutes from the beach. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Remarquable propreté irréprochable

Le Loriot est petit certes, mais l'annonce est bien transparente, il n'y a aucun malentendu. Je recommanderai le studio à un couple plutôt en raison de la promiscuité. Quitter le studio et être directement sur le GR34 est indéniablement un atout très intéressant. Puis, l'équipe de gestion est sympathique, réactive et responsable. Résultat: Cet appartement est très soigné.
