🏡 Overview

Studio Alizé is a self-contained studio located on the first floor, ideal for a stay for two—whether for leisure, business, or a short-term stay.

Functional and comfortable, it features a double bed made up before your arrival, a fully equipped kitchenette, a private bathroom, fiber-optic Wi-Fi, and self-check-in via a personal code system.

You also have access to a shared patio available to all residents of the building.

🛋️ The Studio

Studio Alizé accommodates up to two people in a completely private space located on the first floor.

Its layout prioritizes simplicity, comfort, and independence to meet the needs of both short-term travelers and those on business trips or staying for several nights.

🔑 Check-in is completely self-service, allowing you to access the accommodation according to the instructions provided before your stay.

🛏️ Bedding and linens provided

The studio is equipped with a 140 cm double bed.

Upon your arrival, the bed will be made with:

a comforter;

pillows;

bed linens.

🧺 Each person listed on the reservation also receives a full set of bath towels.

🍽️ Fully equipped kitchenette

The kitchenette makes it easy to prepare your meals.

It includes:

refrigerator;

stovetop;

microwave;

coffee machine compatible with Nespresso capsules;

electric kettle;

toaster;

dishes and everyday utensils.

🚿 Private bathroom

The studio has its own bathroom, including:

shower;

sink;

toilet.

📺 TV and Internet

For your comfort, the accommodations are equipped with:

a TV with a Molotov Extra subscription;

a fiber-optic Internet connection accessible via Wi-Fi.

📶 The Wi-Fi network is shared with the other units in the building. Performance may therefore vary slightly depending on simultaneous use by other occupants.

🌿 Shared patio

The patio is a common area accessible to all guests in the building.

It allows guests to enjoy an outdoor space while respecting others.

🚬 It is also the only area where smoking is permitted.

🐾 Pets

Only one small pet is allowed per stay.

Please let us know if you’re bringing a pet before your arrival.

For everyone’s comfort:

Pets must never be left alone in common areas or on the patio;

the guest remains responsible for any disturbances or damage;

A thorough cleaning is required before departure to remove pet hair, marks, and dirt, particularly to accommodate guests with allergies.

🧹 Property Maintenance

No cleaning fee is automatically charged.

The property must be left clean and tidy.

Before you leave, please:

remove the bed linens from the comforters and pillows;

gather the used towels;

clean and put away the dishes and kitchen equipment;

take out the trash;

leave the accommodation in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.

✨ A post-stay cleaning service may be offered for an additional fee.

This service must be requested exclusively via email no later than 24 hours before your arrival.

The rate will be provided to you upon request.

💶 Payment must be made on-site only, in euros and in cash.

If you do not sign up for this service, you are responsible for cleaning the accommodation.

♻️ Waste sorting

The bins are located on the patio.

🟡 Yellow bin: recyclable waste.

🗑️ Regular bin: sealed trash bags only.

No household waste may be placed in the bins in bulk.

Glass bottles and other glass containers must not be placed in these two bins.

🍾 A glass recycling bin is available about 50 meters from the building; turn right when you exit.

🔐 Access and Security

Access to the apartment is completely self-service thanks to personal access codes provided before your arrival.

The owners directly manage the entire building. Although they do not live on-site, they can be easily reached by phone or message throughout your stay and can respond quickly if necessary.

🎥 Video surveillance cameras are installed only in the entryways and common areas to ensure the security of the premises.

There are no cameras inside the units.

📋 Rules of Stay

🚭 The studio is strictly non-smoking.

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment as well as in the building’s common areas. The patio is the only designated smoking area.

Please respect:

the quiet of the building;

other guests;

the facilities provided for your use;

the common areas.

⚠️ Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited, including prostitution and drug trafficking.

📞 Owners’ Availability

The owners do not live on-site but manage the building directly.

They are available before, during, and after your stay by phone and message to answer your questions or respond quickly if necessary.
