Welcome to our house in the heart of Saint-Michel-en-Grève. Unpack and let the rhythm of the tides soothe you.



This 70 m² house has sea views and direct beach access via stone steps. Sleeps 6, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Ground floor: fitted kitchen with fridge, small freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle and pod coffee machine. The welcoming lounge has a corner sofa for time with family or friends, TV, coffee table and board games. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Cot.



Upstairs:

Bedroom 1: 140 x 190 cm bed.

Bedroom 2 (sea view): bunk bed, 1 trundle bed, 1 single bed. Cot.

Toilet (macerator).

Small sitting room: relaxation area with sea views.



Outside, there is no garden, but the beach makes up for it! Small areas front and back with a table, chairs, sun loungers and plancha grill.

Fine sandy beach with volleyball, games, picnic tables, showers and seasonal activities.



Wi-Fi. The stone house stays cool in summer. Free street parking or municipal car park opposite. EV charging points 100 m away. No events. Bed linen and towels not included. Available for an extra fee: end-of-stay cleaning, paddleboard hire, babysitter, cot, bed linen and towels.

Magnifique maison et village parfait pour des vacances familiales

Pros: Très beau logement fonctionnel et rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Vue mer magnifique dans le petit salon avec accès direct à la plage sans route à traverser , appréciable pour les enfants. Hôtes chaleureux et attentionnés, disponibles. Endroit magique et ressourçant.
