This is a very affordable, clean well maintained hotel in a newer shopping area of the city that is within a short walking distance of about 15 mins of the older part of the city and the main basilica that people come there to see. The staff was very helpful with directions and providing info on a local ride service needed to access some od the main attractions in the area. Can highly recommend this place

Clean room, lovely staff, easy parking, nice breakfast. This is the budget brand so expect a small room. In our room, there was a small closet for the toilet and the sink, shower stall and beds are in the same room. Okay for a couple (which we are) but if you are traveling with a friend or your child, there is no privacy for a shower in the standard twin room. As I mentioned, best for a couple. The breakfast was nice and a good value.

Customer Service

Our family booked three rooms for an overnight stay following wedding. Checked in at 3:00AM using the machine to pay, recover code to enter room - very smooth. Room typical for the category - clean and well furnished. Breakfast sufficient. croissants, pain au chocolat, cereal, yoghurt, hot drinks, juices, condiments with a smile from service. After a dispute about "breakfast included," the issue was resolved in my favor by the manager. Great customer service. If you need a hotel in the area, don't hesitate to book this one.

Então quando fi a reserva não estava disponível foto do quarto , então quando cheguei fiquei chocada , sei que este tipo de hospedagem é mais funcional para viajantes confins de negócios , porém a cama é totalmente disconfortavel, e a comunicação foi péssima , as 2 recepcionistas não falam e não entede português , não espanhol , a comunicação foi bem difícil, e são muito pouco simpáticas .

Porte de wc qui ferme pas (il suffis juste de faire une découpe du bas de porte et aussi de couper les joints de douche ,moisissure derrière la porte ). Clim qui fais un bruit d'enfer. Pommeau de douche HS obliger de ce laver avec le tuyau de douche (donc je pense que salle de bain et reste de la chambre pas nettoyer la veille du séjours pas de placard pour ranger un minimum les affaires pas de coussin en plus (a part 2 oreillers ridicules et extra plat pas de couverture et pas de chauffage . voila c'est pas mal pour un désastre pour 90 euros la nuits c'est une honte . Première impression en entrant dans la chambre : waouh. Habitués des hôtels de cette catégorie, agréablement surpris par le design original. Deuxième impression : ça ne va pas du tout ! douche dans la chambre, aucune intimité, surtout dans un chambre à lits jumeaux (qui ne sont pas forcément des couples), en plus aucun rangement, pas même pour la poubelle de salle de bain. De plus la porte des toilettes est ajouré et communique donc au niveau bruit et odeur avec le reste du "loft"

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et la Clim en cette période très chaude. Nous sommes des habitués des Ibis budget. Il y a toujours un problème de draps trop petit qui ne couvrent pas entièrement le matelas. Et il n'y a pas d'alèse non plus sur le matelas. Ce n'est pas agréable de se retrouver à dormir directement sur le matelas. Ce sont des choses essentielles que vous pourriez améliorer.
