Mas de la Filoselle, a vacation home for 14 people at the foot of the Cévennes

Ideally located between village and nature, we offer you this Cevennes farmhouse (former silkworm farm) in a green setting of one hectare.

All local shops (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, post office...) are 5 minutes walk away.
You can, at your leisure, either discover the region and its attractions, or laze around in an authentic Cevennes farmhouse with many relaxation areas.

Our location is central to discover all the treasures of the Cevennes. Vézénobres, Lussan, Anduze and its bamboo grove, the Pont du Gard, Uzes, the Cévennes National Park... everything is within easy reach.
We are 5km from the city center of Alès where many restaurants and entertainment are offered.

In the summer, our swimming pool (10 X 5) as well as its pool-house (with kitchenette) will bring you an island of freshness.
You will have exclusive use of the swimming pool and all the exteriors of the house during your stay.

This farmhouse is an old house on several levels.
On the main level is the living room with fireplace, the kitchen, the library and a 20m2 bedroom with a corridor and shower room (with laundry room) and toilet. This room offers a 180cm double bed or 2 single beds.
3 other bedrooms are upstairs. One on the 1st floor, two on the second floor.
They are all about 40m2 with each its own private shower room and toilet.
One of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor can accommodate 4 people, either 1 double bed 180cm and 2 singles or 4 singles.
It is possible to add a single bed in each of the other two bedrooms to offer 14 beds.
A 5th bedroom is on level -1 of the house. This is the stone bedroom which benefits from a covered terrace and a private garden. It also has its own private shower room and toilet.

All our rooms have independent entrances.

The swimming pool is set back at the back of the house, surrounded by greenery and accessible by a secure gate.

3 terraces and various spaces around the pool will offer you many options to enjoy the outdoors depending on the time of day.
The partly landscaped, partly wooded garden is 1.2 hectares.
On the entertainment side, you also benefit from a petanque court (bowls available), a ping pong table, a Molky game, a dart board, many board games, archery range...
It is possible to park a vehicle in the courtyard on the main level of the house. Otherwise large free parking right next door.

The mandatory cleaning fee will be paid in addition on site: 150€
Provision of bed linen and towels as a paid option.
