Château Malfard - Semillon

In a park with century-old trees, surrounded by farm animals and organically farmed vineyards, you will stay in the outbuildings of Château Malfard, the former estate of Duke Decazes. You will have the opportunity to stroll around the grounds, particularly around the pond. Just 10 km from Libourne's new aquatic center "La Calinésie" and adjoining another property, the Sémillon gîte is located in a restored 18th-century winemaker's house, built of stone and whitewashed wood. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a large lounge (with a fireplace), and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. One of the rooms has a 160x200 cm four-poster bed, the second has a 160x200 cm sleigh bed and a private bathroom and toilet, and the third, a small attic room, has two 90x190 cm beds.
