Detached, single-story, timber-frame ECOGITE house built in 2016, adapted for disabled guests: living room (pellet stove) with sitting area and kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 single bunk beds), bathroom (walk-in shower) with toilet, separate toilet. Aerovoltaic and wood heating. Enclosed 1200 m² garden with covered terrace (electric barbecue, sun loungers) and bicycle shed. Waste sorting. Children's playhouse.
Sleeps up to 8 people (€10 per additional person on weekends and €20 per week). Located on the edge of a 500-hectare forest, this "ECOGITE"-certified house was built entirely with sustainable development in mind (certified wood, photovoltaic panels with heat recovery, rainwater harvesting for the bathrooms, reinforced insulation, etc.). The nearby town of L'Aigle also offers numerous activities and services, not to mention a must-see visit to the Bohin factory.

Séjour très agréable

Gite super dans une région ravissante. Le propriétaire, qui vit juste à côté, est très sympathique et serviable. Mais je n'ai pas compris cet empilement d'intermédiaires pour la réservation: Abritel + Poplidays + Gites de France et cela doit être la cause du cafouillage que j'ai subi concernant la date de paiement du solde et l'heure d'arrivée. Ce fut plutôt désagréable.
