"La Petite Valade" is a renovated cottage with two bedrooms and a private terrasse with its BBQ. Located in Dordogne, in Perigord Vert, 5 min from Verteillac, 20 min from Riberac, 30 min from Brantome and Bourdeilles, 50 min from P érigueux and Angoulême and 1h15 from Bergerac. The cottage is in a quiet environement with view on the countryside and is part of the main property "La Valade".
Access to a large private swimming pool of 15x6m with a nice view on the valley and the fields. The swimming pool is to be shared with the owners of the main property when they are here.
