We invite you to come and enjoy the region in our large house, ideal for 8 people.
Combining charm and authenticity, this house will offer you the best for your moments with family or friends.
The house, which was originally part of the enclosure of the village castle, is a large stone building.
On the first floor: an entrance, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a breakfast area and an inner courtyard.
- The kitchen is equipped with a hob, hood, a convection oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will find all the utensils you need to cook.
- The dining room is composed of a large 3m wooden table to receive you and your guests for a meal. You will also discover a trunk filled with various board games (children, family, adults) at your disposal.
- The living room, in a Mediterranean atmosphere, is the ideal place to spend your evenings. It is composed of 2 large sofas, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table ideal for meeting around a board game.
- The breakfast area of a table near the window to enjoy the morning sun. There is a Senseo machine, a toaster, a kettle and tea bags at your disposal.
- The inner courtyard is a small haven of peace and tranquility. Shady, it is an invitation to come and relax while avoiding the heavy heat of summer days. There is a Weber barbecue and a large table for 8 people. An olive tree grows peacefully, but it is still early to make tapenade.
On the 1st floor: 4 spacious bedrooms, toilets, a bathroom.
- The first bedroom transports you to North Africa in an instant. Composed of a large 160x200 bed, a dresser, a nice view of the square and a ceiling fan.
- The second bedroom is inspired by a colonial era, in an exotic country. It is composed of a large 160x200 bed, a dresser, and a ceiling fan.
- The third bedroom is a moment of relaxation, on the edge of a wave beach. It is composed of a 140x200 bed, a dresser, a window overlooking the courtyard and the rooftops, and a ceiling fan.
- The last bedroom takes you right on the doorstep, far away on a Greek island. It is composed of two single beds, which can be pushed together, small shelves, two windows and a pedestal fan.
- The bathroom has a double sink, plenty of storage, a heated towel rail and a large stone shower.
- In the corridor leading to the bedrooms, you will find a library filled with books for everyone: children, detective novels, romantic stories, literary classics, comics... Don't hesitate to look and help yourself to relax during your stay.
The village of Saint Marcel d'Ardèche is easy to access. It is located 20 minutes from the A7 motorway, Pierrelatte exit.
In the surrounding area, you will have plenty of possibilities for entertainment:
- The Ardèche gorges, 10 minutes by car (Saint Martin d'Ardèche).
- The crocodile farm, 15 minutes by car.
- The cave of St Marcel d'Ardèche, 15 minutes by car.
- Vallon Pont d'Arc, 30 minutes by car.
- Spirou amusement park, 50 minutes by car.
- The Pont du Gard, 1 hour by car.
- Marseille Velodrome, 1 hour 50 minutes by car.
