This charming attic studio of 23 m² welcomes up to 4 guests. Facing east, the living area and kitchenette are bathed in morning light and stay cool in the evenings. The bathroom features a spacious shower for added comfort. A TV, all the essentials for preparing seafood dishes, and a fan complete this cozy retreat. Enjoy your private balcony with a lovely view of the pine forest—perfect for outdoor meals at any time of day.



The property offers two swimming pools, a paddling pool, four tennis courts, and two pétanque areas, all set among beautiful trees. A shared parking space is available on-site. Adventurous guests will love the swimming cove near the pools, while the sandy beach, just 400–500 meters away, is ideal for relaxing days for all ages.
