VILLA JULES SIMON - proche des Thermes Marins

Cocoonr is pleased to present Villa Jules Simon, situated close to the Thermes Marins de Saint-Malo. It offers seaside accommodation, ideal for families, with a garden, a terrace and Wi-Fi. It boasts views of the garden, whilst the balcony also offers a glimpse of the sea. You’ll just need to cross the road to reach the promenade and the beach, as well as all the local shops in the Coursoiville neighbourhood. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

This family villa is laid out as follows:
- On the ground floor, a beautiful, light-filled living area with a cosy TV lounge and a dining area featuring a convivial dining table that seats up to 8 people.
- A functional, fully fitted and equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, with direct access via an external staircase leading to the garden.
- A separate toilet.
- On the garden level: a cellar with a utility area (washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron) with access to the garden.

On the first floor:
- Two bedrooms, each with a
queen-size bed (160x200), one of which has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail.
- A bathroom with a bath, heated towel rail and vanity unit,
- A separate toilet.

- On the second floor:
- Two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180x200) – One bedroom with a single bed (90x200) accessible via a small ladder.
- A shower room with a vanity unit, shower and toilet.

Outside:
- A lovely enclosed garden, with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue

Ideally situated in the Courtoisville neighbourhood, close to all the local shops (bakery, butcher’s, mini-market), boutiques and restaurants.

Activities:
- For water sports of your choice, the Surf School is just a 3-minute walk away.
- Palais du Grand Large, 2.2 km away
- The historic town centre (Intra-Muros) can be reached on foot along the seafront in 20 minutes, by bike in 10 minutes, or by bus in 5 minutes

Transport:
If you’re coming by car, you can park near the villa; there’s free public on-street parking.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- St-Malo railway station is 1.9 km away.
- Nearest bus stops: ‘COURTOISVILLE’ or ‘CHATEAUBRIAND’, served by bus routes 3 and 9.

You will receive a personalised welcome on arrival from a member of staff at the Cocoonr agency in Saint-Malo, who will show you round the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand over the keys.

- The accommodation has a travel cot (please request this when booking, and we will set it up for you). For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide any mattresses other than the one already included with the travel cot. Please feel free to bring your own if you’d like one.
