We offer this charming apartment for rent in Saint-Malo, with secure private parking, just a 3-minute walk from Sillon Beach. The apartment features fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a surface area of 50 m², and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Located on the 5th floor (with elevator), it includes a lovely 20 m² living space, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

Cleaning is included in the rental, and 4-star hotel-quality linens are provided (bed sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels). Your bed will be made upon arrival.
