Great St. Malo house, steps from the beach, and a nice walk, or short drive to old St. Malo.

We were very pleased with the house. It completely fulfilled our expectations based on the listing information.

Beautiful Saint-Malo

Loved the location - convenient grocery store nearby, wonderful restaurants, steps to the beach and boardwalk. The house was clean, appliances were modern and the beds were very comfortable. Expensive but worth it.

Week-end entre amies parfait dans cette jolie maison spacieuse, confortable et super bien située (commerces de bouche à tomber juste à côté, idéal pour une demi journée thalasso à 5 mn…) super literie. Et une belle promenade le long de la mer d’une petite demi-heure pour arriver aux remparts de st Malo.Et le jacuzzi est un plus non négligeable !À refaire :)

Maison très spacieuse pour grande famille idéalement placée près de la grande plage de la Hoguette et des commerces.Le soir aller prendre un apéro sur la plage pour regarder le coucher de soleil sur la citadelle.Prendre un vélo électrique pour se promener ( il y a tant de beaux sites ) et profiter des marchés qui regorgent de bons produits de la mer.Bref nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances avec un temps radieux loin de la canicule,

St Malo dans un cadre agréable et spacieux, meme pour le travail

Un séjour très agréable, même à 10, avec juste le bon nombre de lits. Barbecue, jaccuzzi très appréciables. Proximité de la plage, à 30 minutes de marche des remparts, mais sur le front de mer c'est bien agréable. Literies confortables, sanitaires suffisants pour 10, lingerie de maison incluse. Hôte réactif et serviable: 5* selon nous.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, emplacement super, maison très bien équipée, et spacieuse pour se retrouver à plusieurs Extérieurs assez petits ( quand même un beau jacuzzi) mais proximité immédiate de la plage Nous recommandons!!

Situation géographique conforme à l’ annonce ; proche de commerces ; cependant : 1) propriété bruyante car toute proche d’un feu rouge et sur une avenue passante ! 2) propriétaire ( et voisin) bruyant et rappelé par 2 fois à plus de respect du voisin ! 3)Draps et taies d’oreiller non changés en 10 jours et non repassés à notre arrivée… 3) serviettes insuffisantes en nombre et rêches 4) Peu de couteaux de cuisine 5) propreté laissant à désirer ( placards pas propres, SPA non utilisable 3 jours sur 10, travaux pendant le séjour malgré notre demande de report. Le prix demandé ne correspond pas au standing attendu. Note attribuée 4,5 /10

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une maison parfaitement équipée pour un groupe de 14 personnes. toutes les prestations sont de qualité .Salle et chambres offrent un confort maximal. Très bien située, près de la plage et des commerces, elle est le point de départ idéal pour visiter Saint malo et les environs. Le jaccuzi a été très apprécié , en particulier des enfants.

Excellente semaine dans une maison bien adaptée à de grands groupes (13 personnes) : Grande pièce de vie, grandes tables à l'intérieur et l'extérieur. A proximité immédiate de la plage et des commerces. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et très réactifs en cas de besoin.
