Excellent after false start

Our first experiences were mixed. We found the block of apartments easily but then had a frustrating time finding our unit. There was no indication which apartment was ours! With the kind help of a local resident, who pushed bell-buttons and tried the key in several doors, we we in!!! From this moment, everything went well: the rooms were as described and comfortable, well situated for touring the area. We did have difficulty in locating the welcome pack, which had put in a drawer!!

Location dans l’ensemble très agréable. Spacieux avec une petite terrasse qui est un atout important en été. Par contre très déçu sur l’entretien de l’appartement qui demande un nettoyage en profondeur et pas que superficiel. Les joints de frigo sont sales, les coussins d’assise de chaises avec des taches de graisse, les dessus de plinthe poussiéreux, les ustensiles de cuisine qui n’ont plus d’âge, le rideau de douche à la propreté douteuse (j’en ai acheté un au Bricomarché que j’ai récupéré), les joints de douche noirs (30mn on les refait à neuf), télévision pleine de doigts gras! L’arrière de la machine à laver est une honte! Les ampoules à basse consommation d’un autre âge, il faut plus d’une minute pour avoir une lumière descente… Enfin est-ce que les propriétaires peuvent 1 fois par an nettoyer à fond leur bien? Une société de nettoyage passera une demi-journée pour tout faire et cela pourra satisfaire les vacanciers.

Für einen entspannten Urlaub

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche in Saint Malo verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt günstig in der Nähe des Bahnhofs, zu Fuß geht man ca. 15 Min. bis zum Strand und 20 Min. bis in die Mauern von Saint Malo. Direkt ums Eck gibt es eine Bäckerei, nebenan ein italienisches Restaurant, einen kleinen Supermarkt und mehrere Cafés. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ein wirklicher Pluspunkt. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten, die Abwicklung über Interhome hat reibungslos geklappt.

Belles vacances en famille à St Malo

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à St Malo dans cet appartement bien situé. Nous étions avec nos enfants de 5 et 8 ans et nous avions l'espace nécessaire pour nous 4 car l'appartement est bien agencé. Propre, sécurisé et en plus avec une place fermée en sous-sol c'est vraiment l'idéal ! Nous recommandons et nous gardons l'adresse !

Très bonne semaine de vacances

La situation exceptionnelle de cet appartement avec garage nous a permis de trouver sur place ce que cherchions. Les déplacements dans Saint-Malo étaient très faciles avec toutes les lignes de bus passant proximité. A recommander pour des personnes âgées.

Proche de l'agence INTERHOME donc pratique. Proche de St Malo sans être intra muros donc calme. Commodités : garage fermé en sous sol avec ascenseur, appartement parfait à tout point de vue; proximité de commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, supérette et restaurants).
