Good Apartment in Quiet Neighbourhood

Nice compact apartment equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Key handover was very efficient. Secure parking was much appreciated - leave your car and take a 20 minute stroll into the old town. Balcony small but south-facing so you can have a snack or a drink in the sunshine. A good boulangerie and some other shops nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

Appalling communication from Interhome

The block and number of our apartment and how to access the lift was on page 9 of the information in small light blue print that we missed. This should surely have been on page 1 Having driven for five hours, we had to carry heavy luggage onto the street and try each top floor door looking for our apartment. We are elderly and chose the flat for convenience. It was traumatic not knowing where our apartment was. The car would not fit in the garage and the outside chairs were not fit for purpose.

unclear arrival information

Interhome management were closed on the day we arrived. We collected keys and information as arranged. All vital information was on page 9 in small light blue font after pages of house rules. This included the apartment block letter and apartment number and how to access the lift from the garage. After driving for five hours one cannot be expected to search a whole booklet to get to page nine for crucial information that surely should be on the first page. As we hadn't seen this, it resulted in us not seeing the lift as it was behind a plain locked door. We had to carry our heavy luggage out of the garage and onto the street before finding access to the apartment block. I knew the apartment was on the top floor but did not know that there were three blocks and didn't know which block we were in or the apartment number. This was not on any communication including the invoice. This resulted in us trying each top floor apartment door to see if our key would fit. We lifted all our luggage further up the street and tried Block B, eventually finding our apartment. We are in our 70s with back problems and chose this apartment for ease of access. in addition, the outside chairs were not fit for purpose.

Lieu commode et agréable. On ne se sent pas à l'étroit grâce au système de couchage ingénieux. Vue dégagée, assez en hauteur pour ne pas être incommodé par le parking en bas. Espaces communs de l'immeuble propres.

À proximité de l’intramuros (15 min à pied). Proche de la station de vélos électriques (je recommande pour explorer les environs). Très propre et bien aménagé.

Pas de procedure pour mettre en marche la tele Chaise tres inconfortable. Pas de possibilité decente pour s'asseoir devant la table .

Très bon séjour dans un appartement très pratique et très propre, et surtout, idéalement placé. seule petite remarque : la photo de l'annonce correspond à la terrasse de l'appartement d'à côté... pas très grave mais ca surprend en arrivant.

Très beau studio

Nous avons été très bien dans ce studio, bien meublé avec petite terrasse sympa mais dommage que cela donne sur les toits des autres immeubles d'à côtés. Tout prés de la plage et des remparts de Saint Malo. Garage très pratique car juste à côté de l ascenseur.

Tolle Lage, alles wie beschrieben

Wir waren 7 Tage in Saint Malo, leider bei sehr viel Regen. Daher haben wir den Balkon nicht nutzen können. Alles andere ist sehr gut, wie beschrieben. Die Garage ist, (im recht neuen Gebäude) , leicht mit großem Aufzug erreichbar, erleichtert Ein- und Auszug sehr. Fußläufig erreichbar ist Intra Muros und der Weg am Strand entlang wunderschön. Der Supermarkt nebenan existiert nicht mehr. Das war kein Problem. Empfehlenswert!

procédure de prise en compte de l'appartement en dehors des heures de bureau bien pensé, aucune difficulté rencontrée. Appartement spacieux jusque dans le détail.

Appartamento abbastanza grande, ci sarebbe stato comodamente un letto vero invece di uno a scomparsa, tavolo troppo grande nel terrazzino e manca qualche gancio per asciugamani nel bagno, per il resto buono, a parte il check in che si fa in un'altra posto e risulta un po' scomodo. (I cuscini sono improponibili)
