Cocoonr is offering this bright, 57m² flat for rent in the heart of Saint-Malo’s Intra-Muros district, just a short walk from the beach. It is situated on the 3rd floor (no lift) and can accommodate up to 3 guests.
It comprises a bright living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room with a toilet. 4* hotel-quality bed linen is provided, and the beds will be made up on your arrival.
The layout is as follows:

- A shower room with a shower, washbasin unit and toilet.

Also available for your use are a high chair and a travel cot (please request this when booking; we will set up the travel cot for your baby. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide a mattress other than the one already included with the travel cot. Please feel free to bring your own if you’d like one).

Just 2 minutes from L’Éventail and Le Sillon beaches, and less than 5 minutes from Bon Secours and Le Môle beaches.

In the heart of the Intra-Muros:
Sights: the museums, the Cathedral, a walk along the ramparts; guided tours are available by contacting the tourist office at Porte St Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts on the outside.
From Place St Vincent, you’ll find bus and coach services to all areas of Saint-Malo, as well as the little train offering a guided historical tour of the town.
Groceries: Rue de l’Orme, also known as the ‘gourmet street’, where you’ll discover some excellent local produce:
butter and cheese from Bordier, Saint-Malo babas, seasonal fruit and vegetables at Les 4 Saisons, fresh fish at the Guinemer fishmonger’s, as well as numerous restaurants, such as the Breizh Café, Le Cambusier, or even L’Absinthe at the bottom of the street.
Restaurants and Cafés:
On Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy excellent seafood at the Café de l’Ouest, the best burgers at the Lion d’Or, enjoy Sunday brunch at the Maison Générale for a treat for both the taste buds and the eyes (please note: booking recommended), and discover the charming restaurant Le Cargo Culte in a friendly atmosphere, with home-cooked dishes on the menu, tarts, salads, open sandwiches and soups, all served in a vintage-style setting. The crêperie La Duchesse Anne is a historic must-visit.
In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at St Patrick’s or a festive ‘Belle Époque’ vibe. Cocktail lovers should pop into La Fabrique, which offers a wide range of original cocktails. And if you prefer a nautical and sailing vibe, head to the Port des Bas Sablons towards the St Servan neighbourhood, where you can catch a concert or gaze out at the sea at Le Cunningham or on the terrace at Le Cancalais!

- self-check-in: by collecting the keys from a Keycafé box located at 9 Avenue Jean Jaurès, 450 metres from the station, a 25-minute walk from the property or a 5-minute drive away; the nearest bus stop to the Keycafé is ‘Sécurité Sociale’, lines 2 and 8.
- a face-to-face welcome: in this case, you’ll be met on site by the Cocoonr team, who’ll show you round the flat, share some local tips with you and hand over the keys.
