Located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a beautiful residence, it comprises a lovely 18 mÂČ living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that we required ( the shower is a little on the small side). It is very close to St Malo old town and the sea front. Communication with the host before we arrived wasn’t great but once there he kindly met us outside of his normal check in times. We had a problem with the garage remote and a quick call to the host resulted in the problem being resolved very promptly. Thank you.

Expédition Malouine "Pros: very good location, steps to the beach and ten minutes from the city center. Comfortable bed, nice washer/dryer combo, lots of windows for fresh air. Cons: very little standard amenities; no hand soap or salt/pepper for cooking. The shower leaks so the pressure is a bit off. Communication was relatively nonexistent. With that said, I would stay again just for the location and now that I know to bring everything little thing I might need."

Les points positifs : - À moins de 100 m du front de mer et de la plage - Emplacement permettant de se rendre en 10 min Ă  pied dans la vieille ville et ses remparts, Ă©vitant les parkings payants et la circulation saturĂ©e en Ă©tĂ© - Literie excellente - La place de parking privĂ©e en sous-sol est un vrai plus car tout est payant dans les rues alentours - Les petites lumiĂšres LED avec dĂ©tecteur de mouvement sur les plinthes, pratiques la nuit Les points nĂ©gatifs : - Environnement assez bruyant, on entend la rue et les voisins (camions poubelles, portes, garage, motos
