Apartment T3 crossing of 66m², pleasant, comfortable and ideally located. A parking space is reserved exclusively for this rental. Twenty minutes on foot, by the furrow that runs along the beach, from the old town and the port. Local shops and bus lines one hundred and fifty meters away.
Possibility of renting, at an additional cost, a closed box in the basement of the residence for board, kite sail, boat.

Très bon accueil, appartement spacieux, à deux pas de la plage. Très bien équipé.Propriétaire très sympa et prêt à dépanner.Commerces à 5min.Se rendre à Intramuros demande un peu de marche, c'est l'occasion de faire une bonne promenade vue mer, la voiture n'est pas sortie de sa place de parking du séjour.Les enfants étaient ravis!

Séjour impeccable, situation idéale

Très bel appartement spacieux et propre. Idéalement situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, à 7 minutes de l’arrêt du bus et à 20 minutes du centre de St-Malo. Commerces à 150 mètres. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’amabilité de Patrice, les attentions qu’il nous a préparées et ses bons conseils pour les visites et les restaurants. Tout était parfait et nous ne pouvons que recommander cet endroit. Merci Patrice 😊

De véritables vacances, un emplacement idéal permettant de tout faire à pied. L'appartement est agréable, propre, confortable, bien agencé avec une terrasse donnant un accès extérieur. Un accueil très sympathique. Propriétaire à l'écoute.

Appartement très bien situé, le parking très appréciable, on peut tout faire à pied ( les courses, la plage, les promenades à St Malo ) L’appartement est parfaitement équipé. Hote très agréable, chaleureux,bon contact , plein de petites attentions pour une arrivee sereine. Il partage ses bonnes adresses!!
