Family-friendly country house, just a 10-minute bike ride from the beach!

Hello,
We rent our 350m² house in which we live all year round in St Lunaire between the countryside and the sea, 10 minutes by bike from the beautiful beaches of Dinard and St Lunaire. It can accommodate up to 12 people (9 bedrooms).
It offers very large volumes allowing families to spend a pleasant stay. Completely renovated in 2024, it offers all the necessary comfort. Its 2500m² garden is a beautiful playground for young and old!
The house is composed as follows:
- On the first floor: a large living room - dining room with wood stove, 1 small living room with piano, 1 beautiful equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200) with private shower room and a bedroom isolated from the rest of the house with a double bed (160x200) and a private shower room and toilet,
- On the 1st floor: a large landing with many books and a games area, 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a laundry area.
You will find all the shops, in Dinard or Saint Lunaire within a five-minute drive.

Trampoline, board games, books for young and old.
Wifi available.
We live in this house all year round, so this rental is reserved for families (no rentals to groups of young people, no parties), non-smokers and does not accept pets.
Bed linen not provided (bed linen can be rented on request).

The area is beautiful and you can access many tourist sites: Villages of character on the Emerald Coast in Brittany, Saint-Lunaire is ideally located to discover remarkable sites such as Dinard, Saint-Briac, Saint-Malo, Mont Saint Michel, Cap Fréhel, Dinan, Cancale, Saint-Cast, etc. There are many activities nearby: beach, fishing, sailing, hiking, golf, mini-golf, horse riding...
