With our two children, ages 4 and 6, and our four cats, we’ve embarked on this wonderful journey with the goal of sharing our home.
We’ve been here since July 2021 and are working to tastefully renovate the house while preserving its charm.
Breakfast is included and served in the dining room of the main building.
You’ll be staying in an outbuilding of the manor house.
On the first floor, the entryway opens onto a game room with foosball, billiards, air hockey, and a ping-pong table; a lounge area with a sofa has also been set up.
On the first floor, a family room consists of a parents’ section and a children’s section.
In the parents’ section, you’ll find a king-size bed with a TV and a desk area with Wi-Fi. A 90x200 bed can accommodate an additional guest.
A mini-fridge with freezer, a coffee maker, and a kettle are available.
In the children’s area, a 140 bed can accommodate 2 people, and a play area with armchairs and a coffee table has been set up.
A bathroom with a double sink, shower, and toilet completes this room.
You can enjoy a shared terrace and a large garden with outdoor furniture, a swing set, and a trampoline for the kids.
Our accommodations are located in Saint Lubin des Joncherets, on the border with Nonancourt, on the banks of the Avre River.
All local shops are within 500 meters (Leclerc Hypermarket, Pharmacy, Doctor’s Office, Dentist, Bar/Tobacco Shop, Bakery/Pastry Shop, Butcher Shop, Restaurants, Banks, Optician, Hair Salons, Gas Station, Post Office).
All of this is less than an hour from Paris.
