The Fond-Pitron cottages consist of two adjoining units (next to G1406, which sleeps 4) featuring a shared, landscaped garden of 2,500 m². The town of Fécamp and the Bénédictine monastery are 4 km away. The village of Étretat and its world-famous cliffs are 12 km away (take a boat tour of the cliffs from Fécamp to Étretat). Guided electric scooter tour of the Etretat hills. There are plenty of things to do and see in the area, and we’d be happy to offer recommendations if you’d like. For rentals of 1 week or longer, FREE access to the municipal tennis courts in St-Léonard. Ample private parking is available, with space to park a boat trailer. Located on the upper floor of a building that also houses another vacation rental (Gîte Mer for 4 people, G1406): The front door is located on a sheltered balcony overlooking the garden. - Entrance into the living area, which includes: - open kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment), - dining area, - living area with an 84-cm TV with multilingual satellite reception and a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, - bathroom with toilet, - bedroom with 2 single beds (80x200 cm) or, upon request, 1 double bed (160x200 cm).
